Decision Accountability & Performance Oversight - Ensuring analytics and data teams deliver business impact
As the VP of Credit Risk & Analytics, you will play a critical role in shaping how we make credit decisions, manage portfolio performance, and drive risk- adjusted revenue.
This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and leads the Risk & Analytics function.

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field required
advanced degree preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in credit risk with direct ownership of portfolio performance
3+ years in a director- level or higher leadership role managing teams
Strong experience in small business lending, alternative finance, or non- prime environments preferred
Proven track record of making credit and pricing decisions with measurable business impact
Experience operating at an executive level with strong cross- functional influence

Deep expertise in portfolio management, pricing strategy, and unit economics
Ability to interpret and challenge analytics outputs without direct model development ownership
Advanced proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of SQL and BI tools for data interpretation
Familiarity with credit decisioning systems, data vendors, and fraud tools
Experience leveraging data to inform strategy, stress testing, and scenario planning
