Responsibilities

  • Lead the work that keeps America flying safely.
  • Perform a variety of project administration support services, specifically related to program resourcing, involving data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties in support of the Program Manager.
  • Provides support to the Program Manager in the resourcing of program and projects from planning, managing, and monitoring projects through the full life cycle.
  • Works on overall project resource planning through reporting on resources in support of schedules and deliverables.
  • Coordinates project resources; develops system for data collection, reporting criteria and records; research and compiles statistics and data; may assist in writing narratives for reports.
  • Monitors timelines; tracks document submissions; creates, monitors, and maintains audit files.
  • For program compliance, designs and implements procedures to fulfill resource objectives and criteria; may prepare memorandums; works with Peraton Human Resources, Peraton Talent Acquisition, Peraton Subcontracts and authorized staffing Agencies to resolve concerns and issues.
  • Supports resource reporting for the program and projects Evaluates and monitors the performance and efficiency of resources to ensure that program implementation is on target.

Nice to have

  • Prior FAA program experience Experience managing one or more projects Previous HR and Resource Management experience supporting an enterprise level.
  • Must be very detail oriented and able to communicate at all levels of the organization.

Compensation

  • Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000.
