- SUMMARY: Provide assistance to production lines to ensure achievement of organizational goals.
- Resolve customer complaints and initiate corrective action.

- Develop supplier relationships in partnership with Sourcing Department.
- Develop/implement/update process procedures.
Requirements

- Associate's Degree in related field and 3-5 years experience in manufacturing/inspection processes
- Familiarity with work measurement techniques.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Knowledge of personal computers and software - Windows 95/98/2000, Microsoft Office Products
