Manage projects from Initiation through Closure.
Develop, clarify, and manage the scope of the project, define contract deliverables and achieve targeted outcomes.
Assemble project team, identify needed resources, assign responsibilities, and develop timeframes to facilitate successful completion of project activities and deliverables.
Schedule and document meeting minutes.
Provide support, coaching and mentoring on project management best practices, as requested for project coordinator associates and business analysts

The successful candidate must be a city of Philadelphia resident within six months of hire

Organize and work effectively with project teams of staff from departments and agencies participating in this effort
Demonstrate presentation skills, strategic thinking, and high professional ethics.
The principles of project management, systems delivery life cycle and budgeting.
Schedule, Risk and Issue Management
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.
Other tools a plus.
Additional project management or other relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects
5+ years of applicable business experience, law enforcement experience a plus.
