About the role
- As a member of the private wealth service team, the incumbent will also be asked to assist other team members in their tasks.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other team members in joint projects (business development, special events, process improvement, etc.)
- Support Investment Counsellor with the preparation of Investment Policy Statement for clients
- Coordinate and send compliance documents and disclosures
- Provide general administrative support for the Investment Counsellors
- One (1) to five (5) years of relevant experience in a client service or portfolio administration support function
- Client Servicing Support
- Portfolio Management Support
- Results-oriented, ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
- Ability to work independently but also willing to collaborate as a team
Requirements
- For all positions in Quebec (Montreal and Laval), proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Working English proficiency is also required in order to serve our offices and clients around the world.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field
- Must have requirements to be successful in this role:
- Proficiency with Salesforce would be considered an asset
