Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure reception area
- Support meeting logistics, event signage, and workplace safety procedures
- Administrative & Workplace Support
- Provide administrative support using Microsoft Office applications
- Manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office logs, records, and workplace communications
- Collaborate with internal teams and support cross-functional operations as needed

- SPS team members may use transcription or note-taking technology solely to support accurate interview documentation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-5 years of experience in reception, front office, hospitality, or customer service within a corporate environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and sit or stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
