- You will work directly with clients to understand their operational workflows, then move rapidly from concept to working software - leveraging AI-assisted development to compress timelines and elevate output quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead product design and engineering team members to create innovative solutions that are viable, desirable and feasible with daily incremental progress.
- Collaborate and communicate cross-functionally to encourage alignment and transparency particularly around problem clarity, plans, priorities, progress, goals and challenges.
- Develop the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met Prepare operations, marketing, sales and support for launch.
- You will own the full product lifecycle for our suite of enterprise applications, including storefront management platforms, store profiling tools, and customer portals.
- You can lead a strategic discovery session with a Fortune 500 client in the morning and commit production-ready code in the afternoon.
Requirements
- Provide a sense of direction, organization and accountability to your development team along with the ability to communicate on a technical level with engineers and designers.
- You are a senior-level professional who has mastered both sides of the product-engineering divide.
- You are energized by complexity, move fast without sacrificing quality, and have a builder's instinct - you would rather prototype an answer than debate it endlessly.
