Schedule for this role is 8A-8:30p or 7:30a-8p (3 shifts per week; 12 hour shifts) with every other weekend rotation.
Job Summary The Case Manager is responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, including individual, group, and family counseling.

Maintain a full patient caseload.
Adhere to company code of ethics and maintain professional boundaries with patients at all times.
Maintains confidentiality of patient and company information.

Generally, placement within the upper portion of the range is reserved for candidates with several years of directly related experience or exceptional expertise.
Knowledge of ASAM criteria.
Ability to read, write and interpret written information, type documentation, present information to groups and participate in meetings.
Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google.
Participate in required clinical supervision, training, and staff meetings.
Maintain upkeep of personal professional licensing, certification, and CEU's as required by state boards without lapse, holds, suspensions, or investigation.
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences (e.g. social work, counseling or psychology) preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a behavioral healthcare field strongly preferred.
Experience working with substance abuse, addictions, mental health, cognitive behavior treatment and motivational interviewing.
Knowledge of utilizing electronic health record software and documentation.
Must be able to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
Valid driver license and insurable driving record (If driving a company vehicle or if driving personal vehicle for company business; refer to Guidelines for Driving Company Vehicles).

State recognized (CADC) alcohol and drug counseling certification (or intern SUD counselor certification) preferred and/or working towards.
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences (e.g. social work, counseling or psychology) preferred.

In accordance with the Massachusetts Pay Transparency Act, the reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position $26.00-$30.00 per hour.
Actual compensation within this range will depend on the candidate's skills, experience, education, and relevant qualifications.
