About the role

As our Airtable and Zapier Automation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations by designing and maintaining automated workflows.

Automation Design & Implementation: Create streamlined automation solutions using Airtable and Zapier for core program management workflows, including attendance tracking, staffing charts, and performance-based KPIs.
Process Optimization: Collaborate across various departments to identify manual bottlenecks and design scalable automation opportunities.
Documentation: Build and maintain comprehensive, clear documentation for all active workflows, databases, and automation logic.
Team Enablement: Provide training and technical support to internal team members to ensure smooth adoption of automated systems.
