About the role
- The Cheer Coach is the leader of the cheer team.
- The Cheer Coach guides student leaders as they learn how to run a cheer team, runs weekly student leader meetings to check in on progress and address areas of improvement.
- Runs rehearsals, helps students improve technique and organizes game day experience/schedule/try-outs and trips.
Responsibilities
- Job Duties: Help student coaches enforce policies to maintain program integrity.
- Help student coaches enforce policies to maintain program integrity.
- Attend weekly practices and trains team in techniques as well as create strengthening programs to help them stay fit and strong to execute choreography.
- Review all program documents and updates as needed.
