About the role
- Coordinate safety training and programs within all facility departments.
- Provide a consistent presence in all areas of the facility to monitor and encourage safe work practices and security procedures.
- Conduct Safety, Loss Prevention, Food Defense audits and observations of employee work habits.

- Participate in training that empowers all employees to learn and implement concepts that drive significant, positive change in the workplace.
- Maintain a presence on the floor and be available to answer employee questions and seek employee input related to Safety.
- Support plant personnel in selection of appropriate personal protection equipment teams
Requirements
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management
- Three years of related experience in Safety Department.
Skills
- Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.

- $23k-$26k
