About the role
- You will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure market fit and successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- iterate and validate for technical, industrial and commercial feasibility.
- Project Management: Develop, maintain, and update project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met during the whole lifecycle of the product.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and manage the project team to maintain a high level of performance and quality.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of engineering and other resources to meet project goals effectively.
- Product Definition: Define product specification based on customer feedback, market analysis and technology; iterate and validate for technical, industrial and commercial feasibility.
- Develop, maintain, and update project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met during the whole lifecycle of the product.
- Inspire and manage the project team to maintain a high level of performance and quality.
- Manage the allocation of engineering and other resources to meet project goals effectively.
Requirements
- Industrial Experience and ecosystem knowledge in one of the following field is highly desirable: defense systems, UAV/UxV/robotics, aerospace, radars/RF/radio, optronics, PNT, AI, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional, high-complexity aerospace, defense or robotics projects that have reached industrialisation.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward success.
