About the role
- The Human Resources Assistant is primarily responsible for maintaining the HRIS - UKG/Kronos Workforce Ready system.
- Reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.

- Provides administrative support to the Recruiting, Accounting and Payroll departments.

Requirements
- Description F.H. Paschen has over 115 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) is required, and strong understanding of confidentiality is a must.
Nice to have
- Associate degree required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business Administration preferred.
Compensation
- $60,000-$75,000 F.H. Paschen reserves the right to offer the selected candidate or applicant an hourly rate or salary at an appropriate level to be set and determined by the employer that is commensurate with the applicant's qualifications, experience, education, skill training, certifications, or seniority.
- F.H Paschen will not pay fees to any third-party agency or firm and will not be responsible for any agency fees and referral compensation associated with unsolicited resumes.
