Responsibilities

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Maintain patient and specimen information logs

Requirements

Process billing information and collect payments when required

Nice to have

1 year or more of phlebotomy experience (In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency)
1 year or more pediatrics experience
Additional Job Standards:
COVID Vaccine Required
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Strong communication skills
both written and verbal
Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Compensation

$18.00 - $24.50 per hour
Phlebotomist's may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Benefits

Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
