8 + years of experience in financial management, budget planning, or related field.
Substitution of additional years of directly applicable experience for degree may be considered.
Knowledge of U.S. Department of War PPBE processes and experience in financial reporting and auditing.
Must possess a dvanced knowledge of Do W appropriated funds management.
Experience utilizing automated acquisition and requirement-to-execution management systems (such as CCaRs, ORBIT, or similar spend plan tools) to track programmatic funding lifecycles.

This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial systems, and self-motivation.

Drafts, reviews and submits Purchase Requests (AF Form 9s), Military Interdepartmental Funding Requests (MIPRs) and G-Invoicing Intra-Governmental Transactions (IGT).
monitors all transaction lifecycles to ensure absolute compliance with Federal Appropriations Law, "Color of Money" guidelines, and the Anti-Deficiency Act (ADA).
F inancial/budgetary data collection and analysis
M onitor obligations incurred and the actual expenditures of a budget with different sources and types of funding.
transfer of funds from other agencies
revenue from industrially funded operations
R esearch, identif y, and analyze trends in the use of funds, and evaluate the effects of continuing changes in program plans and funding.
Verif y, enter, adjust, and prepare a variety of reports covering the status of funds, expenses, and obligations as required by the customer's financial management office.
