Responsibilities
- OIT is seeking an Employee Development & Engagement Coordinator to provide direct administrative and operational support to executives, managers, or organizational leadership teams.
- This role offers excellent exposure to all aspects of human resources and is well suited for someone looking to build a career in HR while making a meaningful impact on the employee experience.
Requirements
- The successful candidate must be a city of Philadelphia resident within six months of hire
Nice to have
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any closely related field preferred
Skills
- Knowledge of HR practices and disciplines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access
- Skills in database management, query, and reporting
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
- Ability to exercise sound and independent judgment
Compensation
- $50,000 - $60,000
- Starting salary to be determined based on experience and qualifications.
