Responsibilities
- Ensure Quality: Perform routine product testing using standard measuring tools to deliver high-quality, zero-defect products.
- Maintain & Troubleshoot: Monitor equipment gauges, control flow, and perform root-cause troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
- Collaborate & Adapt: Partner with cross-functional teams to meet production goals, follow safety SOPs, and maintain inventory and production logs.
- Certifications: Ability to obtain and maintain a Lift Truck Operator license.
- We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime as needed.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing in a similar production environment.
- Track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track record of implementing Lean manufacturing processes.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime as needed.

- $25.09/hr plus $2/hr shift differential
- Starting Hiring Rate: $25.09/hr plus $2/hr shift differential
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency for transactional logging (MFG Pro preferred).
