Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy for building an agentic AI framework within SmartCare, enabling autonomous and semi‑autonomous AI agents to execute workflows across clinical, operational, and administrative domains.
- Partner with engineering to define agent architecture, tool usage, context management, and orchestration logic.
- Partner with compliance, legal, and clinical stakeholders to define acceptable autonomy boundaries.
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and iteration.
- Engage directly with customers to validate workflow pain points and co‑design agentic solutions.
