About the role

  • At Flex, we welcome people of all backgrounds.
  • This role will serve as the primary job-site representative for Crown Technical Systems.
  • This position will require 90% of overnight travel across the United States via company vehicle and/or airplane.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoots issues that arise on the jobsite; communicate and partner with Construction Manager and/or Engineers for guidance on complex issues and redline all drawing changes that are needed.
  • Partner with the Construction Manager to track progress or changes to jobsite schedules and communicate information to team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at a time
  • Must have manual dexterity to assemble products or machines as directed.
  • Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • associate's degree in construction management or related field preferred

Compensation

  • Job Posting Start Date 07-09-2026 Job Posting End Date 09-04-2026 The base pay range for this position is provided below.
  • $24.31 USD - $33.42 USD Hourly

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in construction management or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in effectively leading a team of employees
  • 3+ years' experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or related field
  • OSHA 30 Construction Certification is required; if candidate does not have current OSHA 30 Construction Certification, they must obtain within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Current Driver's License and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report to operate company vehicles.
