About the role
- For more than 65 years, EDC has partnered with communities, governments, and private sector to improve education, workforce development and health outcomes.
- Areas of focus may include: improving perinatal outcomes for birthing people of color, those impacted by substance use disorders, those facing housing insecurity, and supporting data-based quality improvement systems.

Requirements
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
Skills
- 3-5 years experience with administrative staff supervision
- 3-5 years experience working on projects related to community midwifery, freestanding birth centers, or reproductive autonomy
- Demonstrable oral and written cross-cultural communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the certified professional midwife model of care
- Excellent analytical skills and aptitude for details
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
- Willingness and ability to travel within the United States, including by car, train, or plane up to 5% of time
- Experience working with state perinatal quality collaboratives
- Experience running community-to-hospital perinatal transfer of care simulation drills

Compensation
- Paid sick time and personal time annually
- The starting full-time equivalent, base salary range for this position is $76,000 to $95,000.
