About the role

  • About Casa Esperanza Casa Esperanza, Inc. is a bilingual/bicultural behavioral health treatment provider serving Boston and the Merrimack Valley.
  • Coordinate engaging New Employee Orientation sessions.
  • Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • As the People & Culture Specialist, you will: Lead the onboarding process from offer acceptance through a successful first day.
  • Partner with hiring managers, IT, Facilities, Payroll, and department leaders to ensure employees are fully prepared to begin work.
  • Coordinate mandatory training and maintain employee training records.
  • Help create an outstanding employee experience that reflects Casa Esperanza's mission and values.
  • Lead the onboarding process from offer acceptance through a successful first day.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources, employee onboarding, training coordination, or employee services.
  • Monitor compliance with employment documentation, licensure, certifications, and required training.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling preferred).
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).

Compensation

  • $58,000 - $60,000 annual salary 401(k) Retirement Plan: All eligible employees may elect to participate after 1 year of service.
  • Compensation: $58,000 - $60,000 annual salary 401(k)

  • Preferred Experience Healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or human services experience.
