About the role
- About Casa Esperanza Casa Esperanza, Inc. is a bilingual/bicultural behavioral health treatment provider serving Boston and the Merrimack Valley.
- Coordinate engaging New Employee Orientation sessions.
- Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives.
Responsibilities
- As the People & Culture Specialist, you will: Lead the onboarding process from offer acceptance through a successful first day.
- Partner with hiring managers, IT, Facilities, Payroll, and department leaders to ensure employees are fully prepared to begin work.
- Coordinate mandatory training and maintain employee training records.
- Help create an outstanding employee experience that reflects Casa Esperanza's mission and values.
- Lead the onboarding process from offer acceptance through a successful first day.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources, employee onboarding, training coordination, or employee services.
- Monitor compliance with employment documentation, licensure, certifications, and required training.
Nice to have
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling preferred).
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).
Compensation
- $58,000 - $60,000 annual salary 401(k) Retirement Plan: All eligible employees may elect to participate after 1 year of service.
