About the role

We are looking for a generalist business operations hire to work directly with our founders on a number of tactical and strategic projects across the business.
You are someone with the ability to: pick up and excel at any task at hand, operate at a strategic level and tactically in-the-weeds, and move with speed while continuously defining the bar for excellence.

You own outcomes, not just tasks, and see directly how your work changes what customers can do - across a product and go-to-market motion that is scaling fast.
The team is high-caliber and low-ego: people who work from first principles, move with urgency, and care deeply about building something that drives real value.

1-3 years of experience in PE, banking, consulting, and/or startup
Fast at execution and ability to learn new
