Manage a dynamic pipeline of implementation and service tasks, swiftly addressing escalated issues and efficiently supporting daily operations, with continuous monitoring and resolution tracking in Salesforce.
This role is responsible for providing service, maintenance, and implementation support for a wide range of treasury management products, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing client satisfaction.
The position manages all aspects of the implementation and maintenance process, including documentation, approvals, and configuration validation, while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
It involves delivering day-to-day client support, resolving inquiries promptly, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and shared systems.
The role collaborates with internal partners to address client needs, ensure timely completion of tasks, and drive a positive client experience throughout the implementation and servicing lifecycle.

The estimated salary range for this position is $67,000USD to $75,000USD.
Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
