About the role
- The Sector Leader operates with a builder's mindset-establishing systems, teams, and processes while driving safe execution, strong client relationships, and disciplined financial performance.
- Operational Excellence and Project Delivery
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the growth strategy for the Industrial sector, including market positioning, capability development, and long-term scaling plans.
- Serve as executive sponsor for key pursuits and early anchor clients to build market credibility and momentum.
- Provide hands-on leadership support to project teams during early-stage sector development.
- Drive disciplined project selection, risk management, and operational controls appropriate for complex industrial work.
- Support pursuit strategy, interviews, and contract negotiations for strategic projects.
- Partner with Marketing and Business Development to strengthen sector brand presence and market visibility.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing industrial leadership and project team.
- Own sector-level budgeting, forecasting, backlog development, and financial performance.
- Support estimating strategies, pricing decisions, and commercial structuring for industrial projects.
- Establish KPIs and reporting cadence to support scalable growth.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial construction or EPC/GC environments.
- Demonstrated success leading complex industrial projects and teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience owning or influencing P&L performance.
