About the role
- The Product Analyst will help shape the future of payment authentication as part of Visa's Global Authentication Product team.
Responsibilities
- Support product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for assigned product areas and initiatives
- Collaborate across Authentication, Identity, Technology, and other cross-functional teams to build and operationalize scalable solutions
- Work with governance, sourcing, risk, legal, and compliance partners to support review and approval of new products, features, and capabilities
- Coordinate with product managers, engineering, and business partners to support disciplined execution and timely delivery
- Develop and maintain product specifications, integration materials, release notes, and other product documentation
- Create concise product materials that educate internal and external stakeholders on product capabilities and implementation requirements.
- In this role, you will partner closely with Technology, regional teams, client-facing teams, and other stakeholders across Visa to define and deliver secure, scalable authentication products and features.
- You will also support product documentation, internal forums, client discussions, and launch readiness activities to help bring new capabilities to market.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
- This global role requires strong ownership, clear communication, and the ability to balance regional priorities with global product objectives.

- Experience in product leadership roles within financial services, preferably in money movement, payments, or related domains.
- Experience in risk and compliance practices within financial services.
- Experience in analytical and problem-solving for process improvements.
- Experience in product strategy development and implementation.
- Experience in identifying business and market opportunities.
- Experience in creating business plans for new products.
- Experience in ensuring product alignment with organizational objectives.
Compensation
- The estimated salary range for this position is $123,000.00 to $ 190,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).
