About the role
- As a Labor & Employment Attorney with Williams Parker, you will represent public and private employers of all sizes.
- You will represent clients in federal and state courts, as well as before federal, state, and local administrative agencies.
- You will help managers with difficult hiring, discipline, layoff, and termination issues; respond to internal complaints; and help clients traverse high-risk situations.
Responsibilities
- Client Service & Relationship Building: Demonstrates a client-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships based on trust, collaboration, and professionalism.
- Provides mentorship to junior attorneys and professional staff, manages competing demands, and maintains high standards in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Nice to have
- Member of The Florida Bar or licensed to practice law in another state and in good standing.
- Florida Bar Board Certification in a relevant area is preferred.
