Our Global Covenants team is looking for an experienced leveraged loans lawyer in New York (with the option to work fully remote).

Engage with market participants and build your profile through seminars, webinars and podcasts
Collaborate closely with other Octus experts to produce industry leading covenant analysis, generate data-backed trendlines, and develop Octus' products.
Build and nurture relationships with Octus clients and industry contacts.

6+ years of experience working in leveraged finance, with a focus on leveraged loans/private debt in a top law firm
Exceptional legal technical skills with a passion for diving deep into documentation and the ability to uncover insights that others may miss
The ability to multitask and work both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment with people from varied professional backgrounds.
A proven track record of delivering high quality analysis within deadlines
A high (partner level) degree of responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape your role.
