About the role

Pay Range: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour depending upon qualifications and experience.
Coordinates the service center's scheduling and workflow.
Service writes for the location including but not limited to, creating estimates and work orders, finalizing payments, following all cash handling policies, and parts order and collecting for all jobs.

Must have reliable transportation and phone.
Must be able to communicate in English. - IF APPLICABLE Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.

Retail or guest service experience preferred.

Qualifications Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed): Retail or guest service experience preferred.

Overview The Service Advisor is responsible for communicating with customers about their vehicle repair needs and relaying information to the Service Technicians.
Their duties include greeting customers and helping them determine repairs and relevant costs, maintaining up-to-date knowledge about Boss Shops range of services and contacting customers to update them about their vehicle's repair status.
