- Foster a proactive, commercially minded culture that shapes consultant conversations and positions Allspring earlier in the decision-making process.
- Knowledge Deep understanding of the institutional consultant marketplace, including manager research, ratings processes, OCIO platforms, client search activity, and discretionary portfolio construction.
- Strong knowledge of how consultant research, ratings, and OCIO decision-making influence asset flows and business opportunities.
- Ability to engage credibly with senior investment professionals on investment strategy, portfolio construction, risk, implementation, market trends, and client outcomes.
Compensation
- $250,000 - $300,000 Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
