Responsibilities
- Create and maintain financial reporting training materials.
- Work collaboratively with solution and engineering teams to identify, document, test, and resolve client-facing issues.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
- The Revenue Cycle Support Expert - Long-Term Care is responsible for supporting clients with complex questions and issues related to WellSky's financial solutions.
- The scope of this job includes providing crucial support and expert knowledge to our clients through the utilization of our systems.
- This position is with our Post Acute Care Facilities Support team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 4-6 years relevant work experience
- Experience supporting financial operations, billing workflows, or financial software solutions
- Working knowledge of at least one of the following financial functions: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), or Payroll (PR)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex financial discrepancies
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Long-Term Care (LTC) or nursing home financial operations
- Familiarity with ticketing or case management systems such as Salesforce or ServiceNow
- Experience auditing financial discrepancies, month-end close processes, or billing reconciliations
- Job Expectations:
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
