Responsibilities

  • Support the origination and execution of investment banking transaction mandates for large-cap corporate clients across sectors, such as: buy and sell-side M&A and inclusive of crossborder transactions.
  • Lead due diligence processes for investment banking transactions across sectors, such as: buy and sell-side M&A and inclusive of cross-border transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate engagement letters, confidentiality agreements and other documents related to investment banking transactions.
  • Support internal transaction and capital commitment committee processes such as Fairness Committee.
  • Leading teams of junior investment bankers to execute transactions, prepare client materials, and manage transaction processes.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in
  • 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
  • 30% domestic and international travel required, as necessary.

Compensation

  • $350,000.00 - $350,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
  • Discretionary incentive eligible
  • This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
  • Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
