About the role

  • The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning is a leadership position accountable for managing the planning process for supply, inventory, and capacity within the Petaluma site in the D&G Business Unit.
  • The Senior Manager works closely with teams in Demand Planning, Manufacturing, R&D, QA/RA, Commercial, Product Management, Finance, and Procurement to synchronize supply chain plans with organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or another related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years in a planning management role.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software procurement modules.
  • Experience working in a matrixed interpersonal structure.
  • Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
  • Establish proficiency in localized Master Data requirements, ensuring processes are adhered to.
  • Support Global Master Data development initiatives where required.
  • Perform other duties as required, or assigned by management, to meet business needs.

Nice to have

  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience.
  • APICS or similar certification.
  • Experience with IFS ERP system.
  • Experience in a regulated environment (e.g. ISO13485) with knowledge of related GMP/QA/RA requirements.
  • Professional licenses/certifications.
  • Technology/Equipment Knowledge (e.g. Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Compensation

  • Minimum pay rate: $130,000 USD
  • The salary range provided covers the minimum and maximum amounts projected for this role.
  • The base salary will be influenced by factors like experience, skills, and location.
