Requirements
- Ability to qualify for a US Department of Defense security clearance required.
- Requirements Candidates for the Software Engineer position must have a strong background in engineering, computer science, physics, and/or mathematics.
- A minimum of an MS degree with some industry experience or a BS degree and at least two years of industry experience is required.
- Experience with software architecture and design, software development in a team environment using version control tools, and experience with Docker is required.
Skills
- An MS degree with at least two years of industry experience or a BS degree with at least four years of industry experience is desired.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and experience with Kubernetes is highly desired.
Compensation
- $120k-$200k

- Toyon is seeking highly qualified Software Engineer candidates to develop software in the Python or C++ languages in support of Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) applications.
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning (RL), Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, other AI/ML techniques, or video or signal processing is a plus.
