About the role
- Candidate will maintain and keep the building equipment running, as well as conduct predictive and preventive maintenance on facilities equipment inside and outside the building.
Responsibilities
- Provide help in the maintenance of building interior and exterior surfaces including drywall repair, plastering, and plumbing.
- Manage safety systems such as fire suppression systems, fire extinguishers, alarm contacts, and other building systems.
- Perform electrical work up to and including 480v, 3 phase.
- Inspect facility equipment to locate malfunctions and perform minor repairs.
- Maintain, clean, and store building equipment and renovate building's physical infrastructure.

Requirements
- Must be able to communicate issues and repairs verbally and electronically.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- 5+ years in the field required.
- They will be responsible for repairs assigned that are typically of a complex nature and require a high degree of skill and thorough working knowledge of machine maintenance practices and techniques.

- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
- Journeyman preferred.
