About the role

Responsibilities
- Ability to support senior Land Developer on specific projects
- Oversees and leads large-scale documentation mailouts
- Key support role in preparing and getting through a project finance and/or sale
- Will provide administrative support to land development as needed.

- As a Senior Analyst, Land Development you will work with the Land Development team to support the development of utility scale wind, solar, storage, and thermal projects throughout the United States.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills with attentiveness to timelines
- Proficient in the review of contracts and agreements
- Proficient in using software platforms such as GIS, VAL, Curative Tracking App, Quorum, SAM, Oracle, and other company applications
- Proficient knowledge of legal descriptions and real estate terminology
- Strong working knowledge or experience with estoppel process
- Base Pay
- $70,000.00 - $82,000.00 USD Annual
- Bonus: 15%

Compensation
- $70,000.00 - $82,000.00 USD Annual
- The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position.
- Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
- In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance.
