About the role
- As a Sales Operations Associate in our Early Career Consult Program, you'll help sales teams make informed decisions by turning business data into clear, useful insights.
- Working alongside colleagues in sales, finance and operations, you'll help teams understand pipeline, bookings, revenue and productivity.
- Some of your time will be spent independently updating reports, reviewing data and investigating variances.

Compensation
- The base compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $55,200 to $99,240 based on a full-time schedule reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Kyndryl, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this p
