About the role
- Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
Responsibilities
- We celebrate, support, and promote diversity of thought, culture, and backgrounds.
- This program serves adults 18 years and older and offers individuals access to 24/7 support during times of crisis, where the length of stay is generally three to five days.
- Team Lead works under the general direction of the Senior Director of MCI & CCS and the CCS Nurse Manager.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field
- Massachusetts Independent Licensure required
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Experience assessing and managing risk, crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to promote stabilization of clients in crisis.
- Ability to work effectively within a team milieu and promote consistent team interventions and stabilization
Nice to have
- Experience in crisis assessment strongly preferred
- Bilingual skills and/or experience with multicultural populations preferred
Compensation
- $75,000 - $95,000 USD
