About the role
- UTA seeks an experienced associate to join its Finance Client Accounting team.
- The Associate, Client Accounting, will be assigned to a UTA department and will serve as a point person for all accounting issues related to that department.
- This role will be responsible for working closely with agents and assistants to capture timely and accurate booking information in a GAAP-compliant accounting environment.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain client bookings and review data for accuracy and completeness while considering revenue recognition standards
- Build long-term relationships based on trust and confidentiality
- Solid relationship-building skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels (including management)
- Access to the tools, leadership, and resources you will need to create and drive a center of excellence
Requirements
- Experience with financial & enterprise systems such as NetSuite
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred required
- Entertainment experience preferred

Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $71,000 to $75,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
