This position serves as the primary point of contact for brokers, employers, and payroll providers throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a successful implementation.
Working in the Healthcare Services division can be exciting, challenging, and rewarding.

Monitor the Implementation Support mailbox, triage incoming requests and issues, assign work to appropriate team members, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
The HCS Implementation Project Specialist leads implementation activities for new employer groups utilizing enrollment solutions.
You will partner with Sales, Client Experience, and IT teams to coordinate deliverables, manage implementation timelines, and ensure all implementation requests are completed accurately and on schedule.
