Our Generator Technicians service and repair commercial generators on cell phone towers in your region.
This role is a great match for independent, self-starters who are willing to travel.

Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on generators to ensure proper readiness, reading and following blueprints or other design specifications to install or repair
Perform work with the awareness of all potential hazards connected with the installation and maintenance of power supply equipment, switching gear, and other equipment, including but not limited to falls, electric shock, falling objects, and traffic; use safety equipment and utilize safety practices; attend and participate in all designated safety and training meetings

Candidates must be able to comply with OSHA Standards.
Must have the ability to inspect and/or troubleshoot equipment/alarms effectively, both visually and audibly
Must be willing and able to drive long distances, workday, evening, or night hours
overtime, emergency callouts, weekends, and holidays as required
Must be able to pass a DOT physical

Two or more years of experience with generator maintenance is preferred and a minimum of one year of intense work-related experience with generator and electrical maintenance-related software, hardware, and processes
Thorough knowledge of generator installations, maintenance, and repair of Generators
knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components
moderate computer skills
Basic knowledge of pertinent FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
