Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify product improvements and ensure customer needs are met; collaborate with product development teams to prioritize and address customer-driven enhancements
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calls, emails, and social outreach; schedule meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients; collaborate with the sales team to advance leads through the sales pipeline and contribute to achieving revenue targets
- Join the Kinetic team and drive the adoption of ADAS calibration solutions that enhance vehicle safety and reduce administrative friction for customers.
