Titan Security is currently hiring an Assistant Account Manager to work at a location in Burns Harbor, Indiana.

Responsibilities

Develop curriculum, run training/drills, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Document departmental pre-operational vehicle checks
Conduct and report on an audit of building inspections.
Document a summary of training activities alongside a drill summary.

Requirements

Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.
The physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.

Nice to have

Minimum of 2 of Supervisor Experience and Industrial Security experience.
Previous MARSEC, NRC and Industrial facility security experience preferred.
CPP certification (ASIS), OSHA-10.

Compensation

Salary & Benefits: Base Salary of $45k-$50k yearly, plus discretionary year-end bonus, paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, optional life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k

Benefits

Education and/or Experience: Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management or related field and/or equivalent experience/education preferred.
