Responsibilities
- Responsible for keeping employees, leaders, partners, and the public informed about the Honolulu Engineer District's work across the Pacific.
- It serves as the senior communications advisor, helping leadership share information clearly and build public understanding of the organization's projects and mission.

Requirements
- One year of specialized experience which includes assisting in the development of communication materials for various media channels
- Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-09).
- Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
