Responsibilities
- Serve as document owner for multiple concurrent federal reports, working papers, and publications
- Develop and maintain an integrated publication schedule aligned to working group (WG/TIG) meeting cadence and review cycles
- Coordinate with WG/TIG leads on content readiness, prioritization, and sequencing of deliverables
- Perform hands-on editing for clarity, structure, formatting, grammar, and consistency
- Maintain a master inventory of all working papers, reports, and publication artifacts
- Assign and enforce version numbering, naming conventions, and document labeling standards
- Maintain redlines, comparison histories, and comment matrices to ensure traceability
- Manage formal interagency review cycles and comment periods
- Identify conflicts, gaps, or risks and coordinate resolution with designated leads
- Validate that all comments are addressed and properly documented
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, document comparison tools, and comment tracking
Nice to have
- Experience supporting federal interagency programs, working groups, or TIG/WG-style bodies
- Familiarity with structured federal review, clearance, and publication processes
- Experience managing high-visibility deliverables under compressed timelines

- Eight plus (8+) years of experience supporting complex, multi-author federal documentation or publication efforts
- Experience coordinating inputs across multiple agencies or large stakeholder groups
- Exceptional written communication, editing, organizational, and tracking skills
Visa & Work Authorization
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government Public Trust security clearance
