Responsibilities
- Order equipment and supplies as needed to support office and operational needs.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for correspondence, reporting, and inspections.
- Maintain handbooks and procedures related to safety and regulations and assist the Manager in ensuring compliance.
- Perform tasks to maintain the appearance of the company's building, facilities, and equipment, ensuring they are neat and orderly.
Requirements
- At least two to four years of experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for the duration of their employment.
- Serve as receptionist when required, handling and routing incoming telephone calls appropriately.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Cleared criminal background and satisfactory reference checks.
- Compliance with the company's drug and alcohol policy, including pre-employment testing.
