The candidate will work with the engineering team and customer to ensure successful development of high profile, complex, technical deliverables that are core to the continued success of our award-winning projects.

Record and maintain product requirements and the backlog.
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve organizational Agile practices.

A bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field of study, and 5+ years of relevant experience.
Additional experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master on a Scrum team.
Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching others how to become Agile.
Knowledge of and experience with JIRA/Confluence/GitLab/Artifactory.
Knowledge of Agile methodology and scrum.
Familiarity with SAFe methodology.

Experience working within a DevSecOps culture.
Experience working with and managing expectations of multiple Product Owners.
Familiar with AWS.
Familiarity with DIA mission applications.
Experience with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, Redmine).
Experience with intelligence collection management applications.
Experience with scrum project management, agile software development, and software version control management.
Experience with multiple Agile teams in different organizations
