Responsibilities
- Strategic Calendar Management: Build and maintain a deep understanding of business priorities to effectively optimize time and prioritize commitments.
- Daily Executive Operations: Provide white-glove support to maximize the executive team's time and focus.
- Meeting & Board Coordination: Support the execution of internal and external meetings.
- Specifically, you will manage the end-to-face setup, guest greeting, and cleanup for Board Meetings.
- Project & Task Management: Effectively develop a task management system that demonstrates visibility and maintains transparency on competing tasks and deadlines to improve efficiency across the leadership team.
- In this high-impact role, you'll be responsible for partnering with our executive leadership team to deliver critical support in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

- You have 4+ years of experience supporting C-level leaders in high-growth, complex environments.
- You are a multifaceted operator-someone who can pivot from complex travel logistics to high-level project management without missing a beat.

Compensation
- The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $140,000 - $165,000 USD.
- The listed range is a guideline from Pave https://www.pave.com/ data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc.
- Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits.
- Given Candid Health's funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package.
