About the role
- As an Onsite Human Resources Manager, you will be the dedicated HR leader for our rapidly expanding Lewisville, Texas Fulfillment Center.
- You'll be instrumental in shaping the employee experience, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring our operations run smoothly and compliantly.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and Flexport policies within the fulfillment center.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence and employee success as an HR Manager at our Lewisville Fulfillment Center.
- Serve as the primary HR partner for the Lewisville Fulfillment Center, advising leadership on all people-related matters.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for our workforce, including, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Lead employee relations efforts, conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Drive HR program implementation at the site level, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee engagement initiatives.
- A chance to build and shape HR practices within a key operational site.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in employee relations, labor law compliance, and HR best practices for non-exempt workforces.
- Experience managing HR functions independently for a specific site or business unit.
