Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage post-op recovery, pain, and vital signs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication
  • Support team goals with a can-do mindset

Requirements

  • All newly hired PRNs are required to complete 6, 10 hour days of training within their first 30 days of PRN hire date.
  • Current Ohio RN license (required)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in ICU, ER, Preop, PACU, or Circulating
  • Ability to give and receive feedback with professionalism and grace
  • Ability to stay calm, clear-headed, and composed when it matters most
