Requirements
- 8 + years of experience as an in-house Recruiter with a successful track record in tech recruitment, specifically for product and engineering roles.
Skills
- Innovate sourcing techniques to attract top technical professionals, specifically tailored to the competitive Austin tech landscape.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adaptable to change, and eager to explore and adopt emerging HR technologies.
- Creative problem solver who enjoys tackling challenging roles and actively learning new tech stacks and modern recruitment tools.
